I made a corner in my room that belongs to God and I. It’s my private area for him and I to talk. I made a curtain that I go under. The purpose of the curtain was to “block” me out from my surroundings. He said when we pray we should go In private into our closets. Thats as close as I could get in my home. Lol but the space works.
I promise there’s a point to this, just bear with me.
So one day my daughter didnt realize the importance of the corner and she was playing with the curtain. My husband said did you go in and come out like superwoman? She laughed. I laughed but also explained the importance of the corner and said, “yes I do come out superwoman”. I didnt think twice about it that day. Well I felt myself being drawn to my corner today and the name superwoman hit me again.
Now I do not mean the superwoman of this world, the fictitious character created by marvel. I thought about how super or empowered even, that I feel once I come out of that corner.
I have a pillow in the corner as well. I designed it and it says “somethings I can’t see until I bow”. When I bow down to God and I lay all my problems or even my praises at his feet; I then see so many things I couldn’t see when I was on my feet. It’s at the foot of his throne that I get my “power”. There I can become “superwoman”. I’ll explain more how this “superowman” is not in the secular sense.
There is an armor that he talks about that we should have. We are to put on the WHOLE armor of God. It’s to be our 1st line of defense in this spiritual battle we fight here in this life.
Put on the WHOLE armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the WHOLE armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

So as you see the armor has a lot of components with it.
Truth- Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

So we see this truth is found through Christ.
Righteousness- the keeping of his commandments.

The helmet of salvation- the helmet covers your heart. We call it the mind but its the heart and it’s where all feelings, emotions, beliefs, etc take place. The enemy will try to attack these very things, because without the mind of christ what are we ? So its important to always have that helmet on protecting the mind of christ. Without the helmet the enemy may think it’s open season, because he walks around like a lion seeking whom he MAY devour.

So here have a description of someone who seems indestructible with all they are equipped with. I take up that armor every moment and when I do, I feel like I can accomplish things that this world says I should not be able too. I feel super in christ. Not the fictitious character who can fly in the air and hold boulders etc. I haven’t gotten my wings yet but with this armor brothers and sisters, I, WE, cannot lose. MARANATHA
